Is it Inoue Orihime or Orihime Inoue?

Half way through Bleach her name changed from Orihime Inoue to Inoue Orihime. I know that the Japanese say their surnames before their first names but I don't understand which one is her surname and which is her first!
Please help!

Japanese names tend to have surnames first
so in Japan it would be Inoue Orihime

unlike the Japanese way, it would be name then surname so it would be Orihime Inoue

and they also can call people by last names, if theyre not close enough to that person

like Ichigo, Rukia, Chad, and I think Uryuu calls her Inoue but Tatsuki calls her Orihime since theyre best friends.

but in the dub all of them calls her Orihime

Bleach is one of the longest-running Japanese manga I have just recently discovered. I have been voraciously reading mangas whenever I have the time to read them and this is one of the best mangas I have ever read so far.

Ichigo Kurosaki is just a normal teenage boy who has an unusual amount of spiritual power. He stumble upon a Soul Reaper on patrol duty and accidentally discovering his own soul Reaper powers in the process. I've only just started reading the manga, but I have already watched the first 85 episodes of its anime. So I am a bit more familiar with the world of Bleach. Here are my top 5 most powerful female characters in Bleach (in no particular order):

1. Yoruichi Shihoin

She was a former captain of the 2nd squad of Soul Society. At first she was as the best friend of Kisuke Urahara (really weird), when I recall Tessai Tsukabishi whispering this detail. She sports a black coat and very mysterious, especially her masculine voice, that's why everyone mistakes her to be a guy. Yoruichi is very skilled in soul Reaper combat styles, especially the Flash Steps, a type of high speed movement ability. In fact she is known as the God of Flash Steps for even Kuchiki Byakuya and Soi Fon cannot match her ability.

2. Soi Fon

Soi Fon is currently the captain of the 2nd squad of Soul Society. She used to be a protege to Yoruichi, until Yoruichi suddenly vacated the post of captain of the 2nd squad. Soi fon is also known for her Flash Steps as Yoruichi was the one who taught her these skills. Although she still cannot match her mentor with this ability.

3. Kuchiki Rukia

Rukia is the Soul Reaper who transferred her powers to Ichigo to save his family. She may not manifest powerful reiatsu but she alone holds the title of having the most beautiful bankai transformation. Her kido spells are better than her sword spells. However, she is supposed to hold a high position because she had already attained bankai, but her brother Byakuya prevented this to keep her out of harm's way.

4. Orihime Inoue

Inoue is a classmate of Ichigo, who developed her own powers through the protection of her brother's gift of hairpins. Notable of her powers is to heal anything, human or object and reversing the effects of damage however severe it was. This was the sole reason why the fugitive captain, Sosuke Aizen, became interested with her in the first place.

5. Yachiru Kusajishi

Yachiru is the lieutenant of the 11th division and spends most of her time hanging on Capt. Kenpachi's shoulders. She looks like a mischievous cat with bubblegum pink hair and always tease her comrades and give them pet names. But when the situation calls for it, she manifests incredible speed. Her zanpakuto is still currently unknown.
